Marketing is changing
no question about it
Whether you see that as a good thing or not depends on your point of view. At White Oak Advertising and Public Relations, we view these changes as opportunities to set you apart continually from the crowded marketplace.
We are a full-service agency with creative professionals to craft personalized campaigns to fit your needs. We will use whatever media necessary to get you noticed -- from social media and web presence, to programmatic advertising (including geofencing) which delivers your ad to the devices of the people you want to reach, to television and radio, to print and billboards. And of course, we will embrace the next big thing -- whatever that is.
Our public relations arm will help you identify and cultivate your brand on your terms -- whether that be press coverage for an event, crisis management or something in between.
Barry Currin
Barry is the Founder and President/Director of Creative Services. He has a bachelor’s degree in Journalism from The University of Tennessee. Immediately after college, Barry wrote for a newspaper for 2 years. After that, he ran the marketing department for what ended up being a $100 million financial institution for 17 years before running the lending department for 6 more. During that entire time, Barry did contract advertising and marketing work for other clients. Since 2013, he has run a successful one-person advertising shop for respected local businesses, as well as other miscellaneous clients. In late 2016, he began expanding, taking on partners and employees, and rebranding the business into what is now White Oak Advertising and Public Relations.
